    Personally I think cutting out sweets entirely is a good thing, I might be just retarded though and that might not be even considered a food group sorry I'm kind of dumb.

    • @vladkras
      @vladkras 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey friend! Just want to say that I appreciate you commenting. You’re not dumb, so stop saying that. We all start from the ground and learn. Cutting out sweets could be good for certain medical conditions, but I wouldn’t recommend to cut out sweets entirely. Reason being is how long can you last without sweets, sooner or later you’ll break and binge. You need to have balance between food groups, and tracking calories helps too!

    Or maybe it's not the fact that they don't know how to change or they don't want to change. Maybe it's just a fact they don't think they need to change. When certain people brought up in a certain culture. Echo certain rules are mine unless they get out of it. I was brought up as a Christian. I was baptized at the age of 13 on October 29th 1995 I was 13 was baptized. I'm 40 years old now. I still go to church every Sunday I've been in the same church for 36 years. And I've had multiple creatures come and go. I've been in the same Sunday School classroom for about 20 years I think just about. I'm with a bunch of older people. I am technically the US-1 and airless my great-niece or my nephew comes with me. But being brought up with Christian beliefs in in a Christian family. I know that we can't force people to change. You can only talk to him but God if they don't want to listen they don't have to listen and they won't listen to and want to. And you can't force change on people. Because if you try to force change on people. It makes them more aggressive and they can become very angry and agitated at you. You can talk about God to them. You could tell them who got is. But if in their mind-set they don't want to listen what you have to say they're not going to listen to you. And that is on them not on you.

    wait... .25 per bodyweight for Fat???? That's way, way too low...

    • @vladkras
      @vladkras 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the goals, I prefer going 25% on the fats for most folks because fats help your body absorb nutrients & produce important hormones as well as testosterone and brain development. Once you get deeper into the cut, I would lower the fats & especially if you are an individual who has a goal of competing on stage. I would not recommend someone who has 1300 calories daily to go with 25% fats (It also depends on the amount of calories the person is starting with on his/her cut)

    • @vladkras
      @vladkras 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      By the way appreciate the comment on here :)

    • @vladkras
      @vladkras 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry I did not read your question correctly haha thinking you said it's too high, but ill keep that comment for folks who think that 25% fats is too high, because I had people mention that as well on instagram. But once again it depends on the goal and how many calories that person has in the beginning of the cut. I think 25% is a perfect starting point on a cut, you don't want to go to high in fats and left with no carbohydrates which are very important for energy in the gym as well as metabolism. Low carbs can affect your workouts and you may start to experience low energy, fatigue early on in the cut which is no good.

    • @AdamIsMyNameO
      @AdamIsMyNameO 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      OHHHH ok sorry... your video had me thinking you meant .25 x your bodyweight for fats... 25% of total calories is fine.

    Hi is this an accurate calculator ? If yes, can u also tell, Hi sir, can you please make a video on how to calculate maintenance calories accurately, and set up for fat loss our nutrition and macros. Even for obese people like 30-45% body fat. And how should they approach it like how much fat should they lose per week and how to go about it. Also, please make a video on omega 3 supplementation, like dosage etc. And multivitamin. Thank you. A big fan and subscriber from India.

    • @vladkras
      @vladkras 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, Yes, this is the most accurate way to calculate your calorie intake, by tracking your weekly weigh-ins you will be able to determine how many calories you are supposed to be consuming. In this video, I explain how to find your maintenance calories as well, what is your age, weight and height? I will be releasing a video on macros this upcoming week, keep notifications on & stay tuned. For folks with 35-45% body fat, I highly recommend the following : - Tracking Calories would always be the best approach in terms of losing weight, this way you would be able to control how much weight you lose every day/week/month. - If not tracking calories - cut down on all sauces especially sauces that contain fat, go for non fat sauce, if eating out always ask for no sauce/dressing or have them put it on the side, but do not consume. Cut out all sodas that contain calories, you can choose diet soda as a replacement. Last but not least, control the types of food you eat and the amount, go for more lean food, more protein and less fat. I also highly suggest to include at least 1 salad a day with low calorie dressing. Try to change your diet, aim to eat more Whole Foods. - Consume 0.7-0.8 grams of protein per (LB) body-weight. For high body fat % you don't need more than 0.8lb of protein per body-weight. - Incorporate cardio 4-5 days a week (20min+) * 20 minutes of cardio = about 200 calories burned * If you do cardio 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day it means you will burn 1500 calories in 5 days. - aim to lose at least 2.5 pounds a week. (Weight yourself as I mention in the video) Important to trust the process, set a goal & stay motivated! I plan to make a video on supplements and micronutrients as well 👍🏼 I'd be glad to help & If you have any more questions, feel free to inbox me on any of my social media platforms! Thanks for the support, Vlad Kras
