Thanks for this video. This stretch of road is one of my favourites for a day out. I caught my first brown trout at the bridge at 2.49 62 years ago when I was 8. No trout left now sadly. Been on this road lots of times on motorcycles and in my cars. Great!

One of my favourite roads. I've just been on it with my daughter, on our motorcycle. Been on that road many many times over the last 58 years since mum and dad brought me here when I was a nipper.

No, I was using an app called "Shot Control" in video mode for the first time (I mostly use it for stills). I knew that the action was about to take place and had no time to experiment. The movie mode that comes with the Galaxy S3 can be used in portrait or landscape mode, but Shot Control has some extra bells and whistles and it is set as my primary camera software. Normally I use dedicated video cameras for TH-cam videos, /watch?v=oks-i5g7U9U for example is shot with a GoPro.

Well, on the bright side, at least it wasn't a sideways video. I'd gladly take a skinny vertical video over a sideways video anyday.

I'm so sorry your GSIII is broken in that way. I would recommend returning it so that you can have a fully functioning phone, as I know that phone can be rotated and can still take video.

Sorry for that - he started to do it and all I had was a camera phone that wouldn't work any other way.

If waves had serial numbers, they could be traced as to origin. Certainly rocks would amplify any tectonic waves and release it into water. Surf board sales have jumped in Pender Harbour for sure.

nice vid . I spent some of my childhood growing up in clapham . its a nice place . Still live very near and have many good friends still living there. 1:08 when u dodge the digger that was my house on the left .

@ClairSamify A few of the males do rather well, but the rest are not so lucky. Most of the females get to live on the hills during the summer where the harsh weather causes them to make a thick wool that is perfect for almost indestructible carpets.
