row bungalow despite spending 3cr+ the neighbour are just adjacent and in front of us as well. Zero Privacy. Also on top floor ,we can't add celling fan when it comes to such kinda house.

In 10 mins u can't cross porwal road.. in peak time forget about cross u will never think to go out .. this is sad reality .. we are creating 400 acr township but last 10 years not working on connectivity.. people are suffering think on that point.. rest township is amazing only issue with connectivity

Crm team takes us granted and their tone also changes whatever was told to us pls always take in written as crm team is treating us as if we have got appartment free from the builder under some govt.Compulson. TOTALLY ill logical crm team

What about possession? At the time of booking possession month was December'23 ... but still they have not given possession... pls think 1000 times before booking in pride... and worst experience with CRM team.... every time you have to follow up with them ....

Project is good, I myself has invested in it however beware of some Fraud Agents(claims to be SBI, named Ganesh & Mahesh ) sitting in Pride World City Sales Office.Big time liars they are and i'm surprised why PWC guys aren't removing them from using their premises.

Don't give names of foreign cities to the buildings. It sounds very cringe and unappealing. Develop your own unique names and then give them to the buildings. People will laugh when you give such western cities names in India.
