Hate to say this my friend but. That Monkey Wrench is way older than 60, I’m 90 and they were ancient when I was a kid. Don’t think they were even made at that time, Cresent was the adjustable wrench of the day.😉

🧐 ~ the orange electrical part looks similar to a electric drill, as if that planer was a optional accessory to attach to it, a part of the multi-tool trend. So not a planer - but a drill with a planer attachment clamped to it 😉, see if you can restore a drill chuck and demonstrate removing the “planer” accessory and convert it back into being a drill
