Rolf Harris forces himself on Generation Game contestant?
1994 episode, Rolf Harris was seen in a very different light up until the 2010's. This video might collaborate some of the anecdotal evidence that has come to light about his behaviour since. It's not quite clear what has occurre but Brucie and Rosemarie do look quite concerned about what has just happened. In this a contestant with his mother does his party trick which is Rolf impersonation, he or his mother have not met or are not aware he as about to appear, he appears to French Kiss his mother and act in a very overly familiar manner with someone he’s never met before.
Rosemarie Ford later acted as a charechter witness for Harris, saying he 'never behaved inappropriately'. www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/10872977/Former-Generation-Game-presenter-Rosemarie-Ford-said-Rolf-Harris-never-behaved-inappropriately.html

    With so many presentations, political, stage performances or posts, there are three important considerations. These are narrative, narrative and narrative. A caption can paint a thousand imaginative pictures. So, brilliant clickbait and most entertaining, even though, dirt wise, there was nothing untoward by Harris during the filming of this Brucie and Rosemary sequence 😁

    I didn't watch the video but read your title and description, and if it genuinely does feature alleged sexual abuse it shouldn't be on here. All such allegations should be reported to the appropriate authorities, though as the subject here is already both convicted and dead it is largely a moot point. However, evidence of alleged crimes should certainly not be public entertainment. I am assuming you don't have the consent of the alleged victim to share the clip?

    The clip of the generation game is innocent and a piece of fun and the lady does not appear perturbed or uncomfortable. Rolf Harris was loved by all and the lady probably looked back at that occasion with fond memories. Nobody batted an eyelid at the time, nor did they when Michael Barrymore did similar in some of his game show appearances. I think it was of a time when all celebrities were a bit touchy feelly and regarded for what it was; a bit of fun. In today's politically correct lefty liberal society this would not happen because litigation would follow and £££''s earned from tabloid exclusives. R.I.P. Rolf💖

    Jimmy Savile and Gary Glitter were totally different to Rolf Harris. For a start there was actual evidence against them. Rolf Harris (if you actually bother to look into the details of the trial and the unprofessional way the police "investigated" his case) was convicted mainly after trial by media before his case came to court and his whole trial was clouded by the first case dealt with by the court, that he was accused of having molested an 8 year old. The other charges against him at his first trial were tainted by the accusations made by the woman who claimed to be 8 years old at the time. However, when the details of her accusations were investigated thoroughly by investigators acting for Rolf Harris at his subsequent trials, it was shown that the whole thing had been made up and consequently he was found not guilty of that charge. However, as he had already been convicted, it was too late to prevent the jury from perceiving him as being a paedophile. The other accusations for which he was convicted were also provably false or at the very least based on accounts that when looked at or scrutinised, could not have happened the way it was claimed. He was found not guilty of all other charges brought at his second and third trial after "victims" had brought stories to operation yew tree after responding to requests for "victims" to come forward having been told "you will be believed" with newspapers of a certain type boasting of potential compensation for victims being in the tens of thousands if not more. None of the cases on their own would have been enough to convict anyone. However, the fact that Operation Yewtree presented their "evidence" as if there had been a pattern was enough for the jury to decide, against real evidence, that he was guilty. There is a book out now by this investigation team (Rolf Harris. The Defence Team's Special investigator Reveals The Truth Behind The Trials by William Merritt) which quite clearly illustrates the shocking stitch up Rolf Harris was subject to. Anyone who genuinely thinks Rolf Harris was treated fairly should read this account and it will shock you to the core that someone could be convicted on the flimsiest of evidence. I think there is a suggestion that Rolf Harris may have been a bit tactile at times with people (not those who made accusations as most of them provably did not come in to contact with him or others whose account would have been witnessed by people if they had been true) as was the behaviour of people in the 70s and 80s, which doesn't condone that sort of thing but it was almost certainly not as sexually aggressive as was portrayed in court and certainly not paedophilia. As the book points out, the Metropolitan Police investigating these crimes were, at the time, involved with their own questionable practice of stamping new female recruits as an initiation ceremony where young police woman had their bare bottoms stamped with the station stamp while everyone else looked on! I know there will be people who take issue with what I have said, but I suggest you do a bit of research first and not just rely on what you are told by the tabloid media. As I said, Jimmy Savile and Gary Glitter were totally different cases, but unfortunately Rolf Harris was tarred with the same brush, as was nearly Cliff Richard, Paul Gambaccini, Jim Davidson, Freddie Starr etc. all of whose cases were dismissed or fund not guilty through a lack of evidence and believability of the complainants.

      Is interesting you have said that, from what Iv read about his case and claims against him at the time and now it did seem the media MIGHT have been pushing it too far at times, and not separating what was proven and what he was cleared of. I still think there is no smoke without fire on this one, but I don`t think he was as bad as some of the individuals he`s being compared with based on what iv read anyway.

    • @criartoros
      @criartoros ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sheajay2718 Don't think you can classify a nonce. Doest matter if they've committed one crime or 10 crimes. Harris groomed his daughter's friend over a long time and abused her under the age of consent. Horrible dirty old pervert. He was found guilty. No excuses, he served jail. He never ever came out and fought for his innocence. A decent man would of fought tool and nail to clear his name of those accusations if he didn't commit those crimes. Harris is scum along with Saville, Glitter and many more

    • @mickbrave8351
      @mickbrave8351 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sheajay2718 the smoke was created by other people. There seems to be anecdotal evidence he may have been a bit huggy or handsy with adults but nowhere near the sexual predator nature of the accusations, none of which had independently corroborated witnesses or evidence. It was the same as any member of the public having someone they met 30 years earlier saying “he touched my bum when I was a youngster” and the police just accepting it as true (as did the court) and him being prosecuted merely on the say so of someone’s claims. There was certainly reasonable doubt in much, if not all, of the evidence against Rolf Harris.
