If You're lagging on 0.04 with lowest graphics, You got bigger things to worry about.
What could be causing it? It ran perfectly when first installed. Now I can't get more than 8 FPS which makes it unplayable. I7 10th Gen + RTX 4060
@@ABNSF778fantry down loading the nivida app for your grafics card set it gaming mode go thru power setting make sure your not it power saving won’t let gpu turn on update all graphics related things check for updates on nivida app not computer settings and set fps limiters for those games on the nivida app as well aka forcing the gpu to turn on i had a issue where my gpu was in extreme power save mode and couldn’t figure it out went through all that and it’ll run anything with mods

This is some stupid shit, the FPS Limiter will only limit your FPS to 100 FPS, So if you want to get more don't use the Limiter as LIMIT is in the word Limiter. Also CLOSE THOSE GODDAMN APPLICATIONS.
