If I had to guess why they don't sell it, it's probably having to get the build right as well as the scarcity of resources to make that many on a grand scale. It takes a considerable amount of time to make just 1, and anyone taking a shortcut to making it, it will fall apart within a month. Not saying that WWE wouldn't try to make a plastic version to sell, but the genuine article is a whole other story. Could also be a thing where they're trying to raise the prestige of the 1 ula fala in all of WWE.
