The moment khan's guard will even out more whould be when they're in an defensive position. For example they are not manuverable because the enemy fains are holding a bridge or so. Give an fain an horse and they might stand a chance. I've had situations where I've faced 600 kunzait level 5 horse archers but with an custom built unit. The battle seemed never ending because archers in general don't shoot well at moving targets. And where as normal if they where footmen both armies they would hit another archer (probably) but with horses its different. Because the rider its higher if an foot unit misses its either going to hit the horse or gong to shoot completely over all of your khans guard. Khans Guard is cracked. Ai just don't perform well against them but at somepoint having too much khan's guard is an problem on some maps. But get them stuck in an town where they're forced to fight at that disadvantage and they're suddenly not so OP anymore but still quite op tho.

I did a playtrough with khans guard and i destroyed the whole sturgian kingdom with 122 khans guards also it was bannerlord
