It was an absolute pleasure to be joined in the PodpodUK studio by the two lads from Bamber Bridge who started their own podcast 12 months ago about "All things physical, mental and emotional endurance".
I met Ste Willets & Karl (Teddy) Hodgson for the first time on the very day we recorded this and having exchanged virtually with them through their social channels, I already felt that we'd known each other for years.
It turns out that they're much more than just mates who like running. They're absolute gents with hearts of gold who, having experienced some of the worst that life can dole out, spend time generously fundraising and supporting their local community through the challenges they have undertaken and continue to pursue.
