Great location barring one thing with this property pub and club revelers from the Barbican at night and the fact there is no where to park a car unless you want to pay through the nose on a parking meter and that is if you can get one with the people parking here to go into the civic center

Looking at what has taken place behind this property and to the left of it I would get in a structural engineer in to check the footing and foundations to the property

Love this house....will buy this one day!!
