i have family in Las Vegas! and they know this particular Neighborhood the property is really nice and worth making an offer on it the only thing that concerns Us is the fact it would be relatively easy to break into even with all the security camera systems one can find. to many well open spaces from where someone could get access to the inside of the House best advice get to know all your nearby Neighbors and if you have family like young kids ! a better half and seniors living there with you make sure you make everything possible to secure it's surroundings! and check your local authorities Policies on someone breaking in uninvited? and you blowing them away! with a twelve gauge shotgun! (a couple of well trained dobermans to patrol the property will also help you sleep well at night! i know i would. 😇

Las Vegas has big problem. It is in the desert number one. Thought this the two years I was stationed at Nellis early 80's. Main thing that place is running out of drinking water. They don't tell you that. Always thought any kind of weather going bad this place is doomed. Look what is happening now. Really sad number 3, way to many people living there and really killing themselves. One day they b lucky if someone offers them 100 dollars for that place. Watch matter of time.

Subscibed/All. Thank you for sharing the price quickly and up front. I'm looking at these 5-15M dollar homes in the hills but even they don't sit on 1/2 acre lots or have RV compatibility. You say Northwest so kind'a Summerlin area, good to go there. I like the no gate/ no HOA's. I also notice that although touted as view lots, the house down below is usually right in your face with glare coming off the roof and sides, which will contribute to heat AND being an eyesore. In fact, many have homes being built right in front of them which when completed will pretty much defeat the view. A home like this makes more sense and can also rent out the casita for beer money. The bushes around the pool pump also cut down on the noise, I would water them daily so they thrive. My worry about subdivision living is trashy riff raffy neighbors who park their numerous overflow cars, trucks and SUV's right in front of YOUR HOUSE. Gonna wait for now though, gems like this will soon flood the market and they won't sell even when dirt cheap because of fear of more downside. Such nightmares are already happening.
