I'll be working on some other more requested tutorials first but heres the chords. Intro: C, Cmaj7, Fmaj7, Fmaj7, Fmaj7 start with C, then use the Cmaj7 to transition from C to Fmaj7. The Cmaj7 is played very quickly just in between those two chords. C playes for 3 beats, Cmaj7 is 1 beat, and play Fmaj7 for 12 beats. (Count 12 times in timing with the songs beat) Rest of the song: C, Fmaj7, Fmaj7, Fmaj7 C playes for 4 beats and play Fmaj7 for 12 beats. I haven't figured out how to put the strum pattern into words/letters

Yeah. These chords aren't accurate so I just decided to label this as an easier way to play it.
