In todays baking adventure, we try to make Paul Hollywood chocolate macarons. The paste of the macarons was too thick and the ganache was a complete fail. Too much liquid to not enough chocolate. The flambé was running extra hot tonight and I was able to concoct a delicious dessert beverage. Rum chocolate bomb plus milk (or whatever nut/oat milk you like) = delicious! Hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!
