I don't play expanded, but what about the new Ceruledge EX? What's holding it back from being just as good of a discard deck.
hey thanks for your comment! A) I uploaded this before Ceruledge ex was even printed/legal and B) its an evolution deck which dont typically do well especially if you want to attack first. C) Expanded isnt fully coded into the game yet so we are limited to sun and moon on cards only and there are many other cards before this set that would benefit both Volcarona V and Ceruledge ex

Why does my ADP Altered Creation not work? I can only take 1 Prize Card instead of two even tho I have 1 metal and 2 water energy atatched
I’m not sure. I need more context. It could be that your opponent had a legacy energy attached to it. Which means that when it’s KO’d you take 1 less prize for the KO.

Pikarom isn't as good as you think it is. The format is too quick and fast for Pikarom, especially being a 3 prizer liability with horrible resource management capabilities. Beats terrible decks but it can't beat stuff like Mew, Regidrago, etc.
Maybe it isn’t as good in this format. But with proper expanded it’s broken with loads more energy acceleration capabilities. I think Pikarom can beat Mew VMAX less so Regidrago. Though to be fair I think it depends on who takes the first 2 prizes first in the game. It’s still one of my favourite deck’s nonetheless
@@Strategic_TCG It’s not good in proper expanded at all, nobody plays it for good reason. The issues I outlined are even worse in regular expanded with a greater card pool and pikarom gains nothing to make it remotely viable again. You won’t find a pikarom list that has done well at any tournament on limitless or even in Japan.

I felt that a Marnie for a guarantee draw 5 and disrupt opponent hand to 4 in the late game was better than a late game Iono to 1 or 2 cards. This deck is turbo and it needs its resources to win games

Only bad thing is that zoroark sucks in this meta with big basics doing what a vstar does for more setup and stage 2 with disruptive combos that wreck it, zoroark vstar is in a very weird spot

Glad someone is still creating expaned content, as I HATE the standard format. I really miss the old PT'CGO expanded format. Legacy was also great! Too bad PTCGL is terrible!
Yep the standard format is kinda boring for me right now and sometimes the expanded beta format doesn’t feel good to play. I will keep malin expanded beta content for my viewers but let’s hope TCG Live has the real expanded format soon! Thanks for watching ❤️

You are actually right here! Yes tera types prevent damage done to them when on the bench. But I could have gusted up the Fezindipti for example(as seen in the video) and then used dusknoir cursed blast to put 13 DAMAGE COUNTERS on the tera type ex. Damage counters and damage are considered different things. I didn’t want to risk it tho 😂

great video, yes dragapult is very good I agree and not to be a hater but if i may i would like to share my thoughts, i think grand tree is much better than sparkling crystal bc if you just attach every turn you dont need to find and use your supporter for turn on energy acceleration, but if u do have trouble bc u get ohkod u can just mela, exp share, or crispin, and u can use 1 stadiums effect even if u do get ohko to instantly get another pult out, saving u from needing to find combo pieces just to play the game, like rare candy and ultra ball even if it helps your opp they still wont find as much value out of it as u do bc they dont play it so there deck isnt made for it, itll most likely help u much more, and if they get rid of it thats ok crystal is a 1 time use as well which do u think is harder, attaching 2 energy on an evolution pokémon with exp share crispin and mela in the format, or finding rare candy/drakloak into drag although ik crystal makes a lot of sense making things easier for pult and a lot better than before, but with grand tree u only need 3 cards (depending on your active to start) energy, buddy poffin, and colress, but how many do u need for crystal

Yes I do play 1 Mela and 1 Crispin in the list but I do like the Sparkling Crystal because you can Arven for rare candy and Sparkling Crystal on your second turn if your hand is good. But I do like your thinking cause I could add the pidgeotto in there for grand tree ASPEC so I could get into quick search a lot quicker instead of relying on rare candy to get into pidgeot ex.
