Holland, GA 2024-05-05 - Last Round of season at one of the favorite properties when it has rained some. Really good conditions today, loved the course layout and the hills. Double drop in traffic, but cleared up later laps.

(4K) 2024-03-08 Rome, GA - Lap 1 of 5 on a 7-mile course back at the incredible Kingston Downs property. This is the morning race regulars burning in the trail for fast guys, I bet it was even better with the slick gone. (BTW: sorry for that darn glare spot on the lense, I need to replace the protective cover).

2024-02-25 Sparta, GA - Another perfect day in the woods in my role bringing up the rear of the class. Today, many of us learned about the loss of a fellow racer, Steve Strickland, in the 60 Class. SORCS dedicated the race as a memorial to him with his family attendance. Steve w/ his impressive two-stroke Honda CR500 will be greatly missed.

(4K) 2023-05-07 Collinsville, AL - Just a little dust at the start, woods got better w/ each lap. Had a blast. (Disclaimer: This is slow-motion to some folks, I post these videos to feature the course and other riders around me. It looks pretty good at 1.5 speed, ha).

2023-04-03 - 1st lap Silver Masters at HS over in SC due to SORCS race postponement. Super fun 12-mile course, especially if you dig rough conditions and feeling like a beginner.

(full lap 4k) 2023-03-19 Rome, Ga - Back at the rolling hills of Kingston Downs for another fantastic course. The weather was a little cool at the start but perfect in the woods. Fast course w/ 2 dirt samples on the first lap. Practice would be good.

2022-12-04 Holland, GA - Thought it was going to be mudder for sure, but it turned out to be a blast. First lap was just slick enough to keep you on your toes, but you could still race it. Morning race still had some long Congo line formations for the first couple of laps, especially crowed through scoring.

That was a pretty good track a little rough I thought, but I also found out my fork. Seals was pouring. That may have been the culprit of it feeling rough.

Thanks for checking out. Yeah I was a mid pack 50B at best, but +55 and older are just a single class. 1st & 2nd in my class were 1st & 2nd overall for the morning race, both former AA riders. As long as I don't get lapped, I'm super happy with it all.
impressive to see yall riding hair scambles at that age i feel its one of the harder types of motocross moto and supercoss are more about memory and keeping a rhythm this is all about being able to handle that bike in everytype of terrain at all times

Agree, it definitely flowed with a balanced mix of woods, new pine switchbacks and some seriously wide open fields if you dared to top out. Glad to be out again. Congrats on podium finish!

i ran that race questions i to run a dampner do you run it pretty tight and do you run your forks stiff my forks picked every thing in the trail think they maybe to soft not sure thanks n glad your back
I run a steering damper to help if I glance a tree during tight sections at enduro. More of a mental thing if you are used to having. I set it to lower side. The forks can only do so much when super choppy. I need mine rebuilt soon. Thanks

Man that is some of the worst rutted up race courses that I've seen!! I rode the Blackwater 100 and it wasn't that bad on the first 2 laps. Lol
The dude on the ole' IT was haulin!! Excellent first lap, I was yellin at the guys to get out of your way, but they didn't listen as usual. Lol

What kind of editing software are you using? I can't even get mine processed before you upload. I'm going to have to remove some parts. I managed to get to the front of our pack about 3/4 of a mile in and make a total ass of myself when I caught the tail of the 250c class. Crashed twice trying to pass. I bet that root you hit took several down.
I have used the GoPro studio software for years until I got Hero 11, trying to learn Davinci which is overkill for splicing these videos. Yeah, I knew I made a mistake staring at that perfectly placed root, ha

Sorcs has spoiled me. I went to a nchsa harescramble that's on a 30 plus year old trail and my bike bottomed so much I quit after the second lap. I'm not even going to put the video up.
Agree that even the choppiest of SORCS trails don't compare to how bombed out it can be, especially on the 4 wheeler shared sections. I'm thinking the afternoon race has the dirt bike lines already burned in, but still brutal.

What was your previous camera. I need to get something else. I can't afford the newest model go pro
I had Hero 9 for 2 years, skipped 10 and then got 11 last year when released. Stabilization is worth it to me although had to change editing software. Also changed recording from 2.7K to 4K.
