I went up to Aviemore and Cairngorm the same weekend. Really enjoyed it going to try and go back later this year without her indoors 😂 lots of VW camper here too.

Cracking vid bud. I was the guy camped up at the first cairn in the Niak with my Labrador. It was really good to meet and chat with you and Brian. Real shame the clag rolled in earlier than forecast and ruined a potentially fantastic sunset but it was still a great camp. Having the dog we had to do some serious detouring on the way down to avoid those cows mind! Look forward to more videos and hopefully our paths will cross again ATB, Andy.

Hii, well If it is the Farmers Land, it isn't really up to the campers to get the rules changed "Cos it is Fun" I agree Camping is fun, but the farmer owns the land, he has every right to move you on....:) That said, if I was a farmer, and I saw you both there, I would have no problem letting you both camp :)

It was a hidden gem, its not now...too many videos on it. Fairly obvious that TH-camrs must share this location between themselves, one guy came from down South to sample the Cheviots and this is where he went! Must a dozen videos of it now ☹️

Loved this - we hardly ever get snow down South - you could also carry battery tealights (safer) and newspaper for inside footwear xx

Why wont you reveal where the secret bothy is you dont own it and they're there for others to enjoy i find that very selfish of you to be honest im not saying it for myself i wouldn't bother going to these places i travel the himalayas and the hindu kush and karakoram mountain ranges i dont roam the moorlands of the uk but others watching your channel do or people wanting to start up young couples etc might want to stay in a nice one and have a good experience so why would you want to keep it secret? Its not your property is it very very selfish im sorry to say

I was out, in College Valley with the Cloud Up 2 on Wednesday. It did great but I'd had a nightmare with my phone and had left my camera in the car. I've made a couple of modifications to tent which made a difference. I'll try and film it once phone is sorted, it won't let me video.😊

Got to be one of the most well known 'secrets' for Wildcamping Glen.😂Have camped there, loved it.😊
