There are some teams of characters where there's literally nothing they can't do when they're together. Trevor, Sypha, and Alucard are one such team.

That explosion and chain, you can see the exact moment in Alucard's eyes when he goes from "I think I might die here" to "WHAT? Am I... hallucinating?" to *"It's Them. They came back for me."* And the animators did a wonderful job with it.
