Yes all the tips in the Hello Kitty have the bow cut out but I wanted to mix it up and also use the Apres almond tips so I could give the nail design something different!! Thank you for watching and supporting the channel!!!

Hey! I have that problem with gel when I have been heavy handed with the first coat! That’s usually when I have experienced the gel not curing fully. I would suggest a very thin first coat. I take a wooden cuticle stick and tap on nail to test if the gel is fully cured and if not I will put back under the UV lamp. Also what type of UV lamp do you have? Lastly, check expiration on the gel polish, should be on box. Did you use all the CANNI products I did in the video such as base and top? I look forward to hearing from you! I’m more than happy to do another gel application using this particular set to see if I have the same issues. I will keep you updated! Thanks again for watching and supporting the channel!

I used this lamp: MelodySusie Rechargeable UV LED Nail Lamp, P-PLUS30G Cordless UV Nail Light for Gel Nails with 3 Timer Setting I used canni products for everything (dehydrator primer base and color, I didn’t get to top coat bc I felt I was doing it wrong and took everything off) I thought I was doing a thin coat to be honest.. I can’t check the gel expiration date bc I threw away the box I wasn’t thinking BUT I do have a thin base coat that I still have on my pinky finger nail bc I was trying to get the base coat down right to see how each layer needs to be and this single base layer on my one nail feels fine and not tacky.. so I don’t know if that helps rule out if the paint is expired and it’s just me not applying right…

@ also if you can do another application of canni that would be great please i would appreciate it!! I don’t know if you have a canni specific tutorial already that would help me follow along on the process of how to use it start to finish

@ hey! Yes I am. I do all of the steps besides the reinforcement gel, I have tried it with the reinforcement gel though! It seems to be working a little better with it. I’m not sure if that’s an essential step or if it’s just used to strengthen the nail. Does yours stay on?

@mad_e_sun Hey! I learned using another product when I skipped the reinforcement gel the polish chipped so that must be it!!! I have had better results with using the reinforcement gel and had less chipping. Let me know how it goes!!!

I completely understand!
