They probably did that because then nobody would need to buy one of their sliders. So they felt that their products were competing with each other and that you would get a much better value with a motorized camera dolly than you would with a motorized slider. That's my guess I don't know for sure. I don't know if it's a fact, but I think it's a pretty good guess. What do you think?

I'm trying to find out if the DJI mic mini will pair with the DJI mic 2 receiver. If it does, that would be something that the other wireless microphone systems can't do and it would make it more versatile and more of an ecosystem. I know that it does pair via Bluetooth with the DJ pocket. 3. Action 5 Pro and action. 4. The receiver is very basic. Just a gain dial. No LCD screen but the microphones himself could be very useful because they have a much smaller footprint. The noise cancellation is better on them and if it paired with the DJI q receiver I would definitely pick one up. I would pick one up without the receiver as a kit. I would just pick up the microphones cuz they are going to sell them separately and then you just have to put them in a cradle to charge them. I think that would beat out hollyland ceramonic and some of the other ones because it'll be more integral into an existing system. If you cannot afford the lens, there are options in capcut. Capcut is a free editing program so you would go to video effects and then under video effects you would look for tilt shift lens effect and you could play with that and you could get a similar effect. It is not as good as with an actual lens. However, it does offer a lot of the same type of blurring features that can contribute to the effect. So if you don't have enough money, you can do it for free to an extent and you may be happy with the result. It's up to you. Give it a try and tell me how it works out. Thanks for watching!

Just to be clear, I am not a capcut affiliate. I don't get a commission. If you were to sign up for capcut I just use it myself. Not all features in capcut are free. I do believe that one is but I'm not 100% so I don't want to mislead you, but it is the only other option that I can think of. You could try it out for a month I guess and then just cancel. That would probably just run you like 10 bucks so a lot cheaper anyway than if you had to go get a lens regardless so you could play around with it for a while and then just cancel your subscription

I agree with you 100%. Some of these action. Cam videos are almost looking like you're on a green screen. That's how punchy they look. . The dynamic range is almost too much but unfortunately these are the challenges we have to live with. In D Log m though you can color grade it to make it more realistic. I just seen some of the videos that some of the guys put out and it did look like They were in the middle of a green screen and that's that glowing edge. That kind of goes around you and the kind of creates that illusion. But the nice thing about DJI though is they are listening and they're at least making firmware updates. I have a feeling that this camera is going to have several until they get things tweaked just right but I'm just going to be patient and try to wait it out and for certain shots I'm just going to use the action 4 and if I don't like lens flare I'll use the action. 3

In normal profile the DJI action. 4. I think has a better picture but when you get into d log m then things change around the other way. It just involves more work

I agree with you about the wide angle. I never use it myself, however, I think they're doing it to compete with GoPro and they just don't like to lose a contest on who's got the widest angle. So you're just appeasing the masses? I guess I'll see if the wide angle lens is worth it. I may just get it just to review it, but I don't know how much I will actually use it. It would depend on the video switcher that you run it through. Most video switchers are only 1080p 30. However, if you run it through OBS, you can get 4k30 if you're running it through your laptop. But if you're running it through most video switchers even if it's 4K input, it'll still only be 1080P when it comes out. The bigger issue is that you would want the best resolution at 1080P in my opinion because when you're streaming in 4k you're going to need super high bandwidth. This means that you're going to need a high-speed internet connection. If you don't have that high speed internet connection or you're not connected directly with a lan, you're going to have dropout frame drops all those problems. That's why most people stream in 1080P

@blueCollarGuy I'm actually looking for 1080p60 since I'd be streaming a sport (we'd be using obs on a wired computer on a full gigabit connection) I assume 1080p30 would be the only option with this cam?

Sometimes those pesky settings get in the way without realizing them. I have been shocked many times. However, I leave a lot of my videos uploaded cuz to me it's a lesson that I need to learn and I also think it's a good learning lesson for other people too. Today is November 1st. The insta 360 Ace Pro 2 is still unavailable on Amazon and Best buy. This is very unusual for a camera company to release a camera and not release it to two major big box outlets. Not too sure what's going on. If anyone knows, I'm all ears!

Action cameras in my opinion are vlogging cameras only when the weather is bad and I've said that many of my TH-cam videos that you buy the pocket three and the action four or the five Pro if you want and that would be for rainy weather snowy weather you want to go to the Christmas parade and make sure that you're not going to get caught in bad weather. I usually bring both. They're an ecosystem . You can also color grade them to match so if you did have to get action camera footage and match it with your osmo pocket 3 footage you can. You're going to be coming out with probably a mirrorless camera in the future 360 camera, so I think that you don't just plan around One camera. You have to see what is your whole outlook going to look like but I agree with you 100% and I even said it in my video. Don't use action cameras for studio cameras. They are better than your cheap webcams so if that's what you're shooting for in a pinch. Yes, if you're traveling and you want to use an action camera for a webcam, it will beat out your crummy camera on your computer, but other than that I would just stick with the pocket. 3 and the pocket four will probably have multiple lenses and God knows what so can't wait for the future of that.

Sometimes when you're connecting to your phone or tablet, you'll have to go to your audio settings and choose external mic option. If you notice that it's not recording, then you'll that'll be the reason you may have to change your settings. Every device is different so it depends on the device and sometimes it's even the make and model, but I feel confident you'll be able to deal with this. If you purchased it through Amazon, you'll have 30 days to return it. If it doesn't work out so you don't need to worry about losing any money or putting out any extra cost. Not too sure what you mean by how far the range is on the remotes. Usually about 33 ft or so if you're using. If you're talking about the range on the microphone itself, if you're on Bluetooth, you're limited to about 33 34 ft. If you're on 2.4 g, then you're looking at about 800 ft

You should be able to connect it via Bluetooth to your Samsung tablet. See if it will pair with your tablet and go from there. I know that I can pair it with my phone sometimes. If there's an app and it won't allow an external Bluetooth connection, you won't be able to do that. But if you're just doing a teaching video, it has internal 32-bit recording and you could transfer the file with your phone because it's an Android phone. I did a video on that so you can go to that video and check that out and then you would sync up the audio with your with your video. The easiest way is to do a hand clap and then that way you know where your starting point is

@@StudyWithPrasad The DJI Mike 2 pairs with several different devices via Bluetooth. I think it's worth a try. You could ask other Samsung users to see if they've had any success with that particular model. I do know that you can transfer the audio files from the internal recording with Android. I use USB media player on my pixel phone to do that and I am able to transfer those files. Don't forget that if you're recording to clap your hands so that that Spike will show up on your audio waveform and you'll know where to line it up on your video

You're connecting it through OBS. It will depend on your computer that you're connecting it with and the software that you're running. Every computer and software might be a little bit different. I'm using your video switcher however, if you are editing using capcut, you can always upscale it back up to 4K if you need to. It won't look exactly the same but it'll be pretty close

When you initiate Webcam mode it goes into a default setting . I'm not sure but if it's possible I would need to change the settings before initiating web cam mode. It's a good question. The pocket 3 makes a much better studio camera. I would highly recommend it more. If you like I can try it when I get home. Let me know.

You know they're motorized dollies are absolutely well built and fantastic for what they are. They're very solid. Feeling definite quality on the mechanic side. Huge disappointment on the app. I think that like Canon they deliberately cripple some of their products because they're worried that it's going to conflict with some of their other products. I hope that's not the case. I'm hoping that they'll fix the app. It would be so easy to integrate those features and update the app. We know that it can be done, but in the meantime the workaround works just fine and you can use it just like that. You can also use Hot Wheels tracks so that if you're outside you're not on rough terrain. I'm thinking of getting some and then that way if I use the dolly outside I can smooth it out that way. The osmo pocket 3 is the best web cam ever in my opinion. The Sony ZV-E10 is 8 bit

I use the obsbot UVC to HDMI converter instead of the one that's built into the osee gostream because of the processing speed. If I plugged the action 5 pro into it instead there would be no lag. That's why the PIP was in sync but the other one wasn't. Thanks for watching.
