    Gibala training cannot be done by 95% of people. Also, none of this works if you don't know LT1, LT2, and training different systems. Why shock aerobic and anaerobic systems with these methods without proper testing? This is completely backward. These are all good methods, but they are utterly useless if you are not trained and risk injury. Most of these workouts are extremely unpleasant and painful. better use polarized training if you have the time and be careful how you use high intensity because you are just a liability and damage waiting to happen if untrained.
