@@Joshua_Clayur whole body is swinging every time ur arms come down. Go slower on the negative part of the curling as in lower it down slower. Feel free to explode up but lowering it slowly will stop ur upper body from swinging forward when ur curling down. The eccentric part of a an exercise is just as important. Ur body is literally at a 20 degree angle when the weight comes down. Ur upper body shouldn’t be moving at all. Pull ur shoulders back more and only move ur arms. The swinging creates momentum helping u to curl but that takes away from giving u the full benefits of curling. I also recommend sitting on an inclined bench while pulling your shoulders back. This will keep ur body from swinging at all and only focuses on ur biceps which will give u the full benefits of curling. You will find this much harder to do with the same weights. This isn’t criticism or anything, just advice.
