Greetings, Great showing/presentation, thanks for posting. Very attractive home from the outside. The size of the bedrooms and the living/dinning areas give me serious pause at the asking price ( esp with no formal dinning room. My concern is retention of resale value. The overall size is more conducive with a startet home but the asking price is not!!

Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting. A lovely home, i like the unique layout, it's different and i really like the location of the stairs. However, i think the primary bed/bath are a bit undersized, and no tub in the primary at this price point would give me serious pause regarding resale value. At $470k i might consider it at $520k, i would pass. again, thanks for showing.

Greetings, great showing/presentation, thank you for posting! This is more of a starter home in my opinion and I would not spend $420k for a starter home. I think the living room is a very nice size, but the room next to it is a bit too small to function as a bedroom (it wld not work as a nursery b/c it's not on the same level as the primary). It would be a mistake to purchase this home at it's current asking b/c the resale value would be a serious negative!!

Pretty exterior. The two time kitchen with natural wood floors, darker cabinets on bottom with classic white for the rest of the cabinets. Very pretty and cozy home. Amazing size indeed.
