    This is one of those interviews when the interviewer has smarter questions than the answers of the person being interviewed. Sophie: ”Usually the first thing people think about they hear the word Tantra is sexuality. Yes, it is a big part of tantria.” She basically lost me there. Yes, for people fixed on sex it may be true but there is very little written about sex in Tantrik scriptures, and certainly not the way she is portraying it. Besides, many of those sexual practices - such as bhairvaii sadhana (Ramakrishna Paramahamsa practiced that) - were only taught orally; and it does not resemble the “western” concept of Tantra. But sex sells. Sophie: “How I will describe tantra is, ‘Embrace and acceptance of everything. That includes bodily sensations. That includes everything. And that is pretty new’.” First of all, Tantra is not “pretty new” - it’s more than 7,000 years old. New to the west, yes. The Tantra she is talking about when she says “acceptance of everything” is the Tantra the Agoras practice. And they really accept “everything” …from eating human flesh, drinking their own urine, smearing ashes on their bodies, etc.,. etc. And that is not the Tantra she is practicing in her life but think she does. Tantrik intimacy has nothing to do with sexual/erotic intimacy. Tantrik intimacy has to do with intimacy with the “Supreme Entity” (Bhagavan, Paramatma , God, etc) on a purely spiritual level; and Tantra is a set of techniques used to reach that Ultimate Intimacy.

      Thank you for the comments, sounds like you know your stuff. I agree that the western interpretation emphasizes the practices over the purpose of tantra.

    It is only a plant. It has its own spirit. It bows down to its creator. We are humans. We have our own spirit. And we bow down to our creator. Isn't it what the "master plant" teaching us? to be humble and kind to each other and the planet? And if we are kind to ourselves, doesn't the planet harvest that higher awareness of all humans? The second thing is that the plant "teaches" is "who the fuck do you think you are in the eyes of every thing?" and by that it means in the eyes of all's creator. Just keeping the spirutaly thoughts going 😁🙏

    • @michaelhemmat
      @michaelhemmat 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Aloha Ozi, thanks for the comment. I think you're right, the master plants do teach us to be humble and kind to each other. Consider this, when a spider eats a fly, is that unkind? We tend to apply moral quality to a universe that is predatory in nature. It must be predatory or it will quickly fall out of balance. The temporary aspect of ourselves will be worm food eventually and there's no escaping that. From my perspective the soul is eternal and belongs to us, we are the stewards of that energy and it's in our interest to keep it pristine, not entangled in the roots of a plant, regardless of how wise or powerful that plant may be. The slave of a god is still a slave. The core of my message is to convince people of their own divinity and entitlement to sovereignty. Again, thanks for your comment, it's leading me to reflect more deeply on this topic. It's interesting to consider that we are all gods and all co-creators of the amalgam universal reality.

    Listen..just a piece of advice. And i have no fucking idea what happened. And i don't need to. But I will tell you this: first, people who actually care about you will not hesitate to pull you up on your awareness, instead of just co-signing your bad behavior and let you walk around looking like an asshole So, whether it's true or not, you still need to take a look at it., and at yourself, to see what it is about your actions that are giving others the perception of a certain behavior or pattern, or whatever. Bc we don't always know what we are making people feel or see. But also, being RAW is always best. I'm not talking abt reacting like a bratty child, but true rawness and saying what you really think and feel. I've been in trouble for this my whole life. But I'll never stop. More people need to be real and stop w the bullshit fake nice shit. Be real. Be raw. And lastly, your enemy, or those that have whatever disdain they may have toward you, will never hesitate to tell you exactly what you're doing wrong! Thank them. Secretly to yourself. After you're done being mad.haha. B.C. you need to be armed w that truth abt yourself. Namaste bitch... And you're welcome

      The papaya stock is very water heavy so it dries and shrivels quickly. There may be a way to preserve it. More importantly, there is a milky sap that caused a mild rash around my mouth so I wouldn't recommend playing one often!

    Super interesting. Great talk about using intuition in choosing stones. I intuitively started with a Rose quartz heart that I keep and hold often. Interesting to hear that it promotes unconditional love, that is exactly what I experience holding it. I've had people I love hold it and it carries their energy. I like the energy it has and accumulates and would rather not do anything to clear or clean it. Is cleaning or clearing necessary?

    • @michaelhemmat
      @michaelhemmat 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Crystals can be infused with positive and loving intentions and will hold those vibrations. You would only want to clean or clear your crystals if they are mistreated or used for absorbing lower vibrational energy in a healing context.

    I forgot to mention a couple other strange things that happened. There are two ways that my body releases energy during this process. The first is shuddering. The second is burping. Of course burping is a very natural thing that happens to everybody. In my case I would notice it happening more around meditations and often during fasts when I'm not eating or even drinking anything for days.

    This is the supplement I mentioned for kidney cleansing amzn.to/2IsFasw I've tried tons of different supplement types (for various reasons) from Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and homeopathic medicine with dubious results. This supplement was amazingly effective in a short period of time. I had been checking my urine for sediment and cellular tissue, it took about 2 weeks on and off although the first signs of kidneys functioning properly occurred after just a couple days. The bottle has 100 pills in it and I used less than half so I split the rest of it and give it to my mom and my girlfriend. This stuff is so effective and cheap, anyone who drinks municipal water should take this supplement to dissolve mineral deposits clogging up their kidneys.

  • @IWH8023

    Take 16oz of water with 1 tsp of baking soda one hour before breaking a dry fast. This will flush your kidneys.

    • @michaelhemmat
      @michaelhemmat 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, I hadn't heard of baking soda for that. I few weeks ago I started using chanca piedra to dissolve mineral build up in my kidneys with great results.

    What I discovered quite by accident is that dill pickle juice provides as powerful a result as the vile-tasting salt water concoction. The difference is that it tastes WAY better. I mean, if you like pickle juice, Which I do. I had a Costco-sized jar of pickles, and when they were gone I swilled down the juice, as I always do. Only it was lots more juice than I'd ever ingested before-a good cup or two. I didn't expect what was going to happen a half hour or so later, when it kicked in. DANG! And while pickle juice is salty, I don't think it's nearly as bad as a couple of tablespoons of pure salt. Also, don't discount how beneficial a couple of high-volume enemas might be in conjunction with the cleanse, although it's best if you can get someone to help you with that.

    • @michaelhemmat
      @michaelhemmat 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's awesome! I hadn't thought of that, but you're right, as long as there is enough salt having other flavors would make it easier to drink and not reduce the efficacy. I think enemas can be very beneficial and are more accessible to a lot of people who are not ready to fast or go through the discomfort of the salt water cleanse. The difference is just that an enema is not quite as thorough. Thanks for your comment.

    Thanks for sharing your dry fast experience! I too would like to do extended dry fasting ,having only managed 24 hrs up till now, along with doing Omad! I believe dry fasting is an effective form of healing and cleansing and I look forward to doing more extended periods! Cheers from DownUnder !

    • @michaelhemmat
      @michaelhemmat 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad you enjoyed it. I think it makes sense that the more hydrated you are to begin with, the more deeply the dry fast will cleanse you. Working up to longer dry fasts, I recommend eating water heavy fruits. Also, there's an Ayurvedic method of sipping warm water several times throughout the day to deeply soak your organs and tissues, more effective than gulping the same volume of water. Good luck!
