I'm so sorry, I know how awful it is :( I would just put down the player ID that you do have and let thrm know you don't have access to the other one. Hopefully they will be able to help you just by using the login information for the other account. I don't know how it works behind the scenes on their end, but just provide as much information as you can and see what they say. I replied to every email they sent me with additional questions or comments in an attempt to make sure I didn't fall off their radar, and they replied back to me every time. So that's the only suggestion I have for dealing with the support team.

I think those people are trying to separate themselves from the submissions that look empty because there was no effort. I try to find a balance between the two. We can't control how much time the voter spends looking at the shot to determine the difference, so... at the end of the day, all that matters is that you are happy with it and had fun creating it 😊

@MissGoldee my daughter both have there own accounts and like to share main lounge tv so I had to find a way to bypass all the bugs, 1 console can use multiple accounts Each steam account should ONLY use 1 account or lose your progress 99% of the time.

I definitely understand that, but the good thing about this game is there's no penalty for taking your time :) just focus on one quest at a time and pretty soon you'll be itching for more content!

Sorry for the late reply. If you harvest directly from the machine, even if you have a gardening buddy with you, it does not give you the bonus. You have to harvest it by hand in order to get the bonus with a gardening buddy.

Sorry for the late reply. But yes you must finish Eric's quest "Part of His World" and give Ariel the Nautilus Pendant in order for her to get her legs. If you buy the Ariel's Royal Premium Bundle, then she will be able to wear the dress in the video after you finish Eric's quest.

Sorry for the late reply, but it should be the same button that you're using to activate the tool to begin with. I think on a playstation controller that would be square? Also, it's important to note that this will not work if you turn on the new feature to hold down the button for timebending in the settings. They added that feature after I made this video :)

Yes, it works the same way with Eternity Isle. You will still need to enter and exit a building after disabling the characters in order for it to take effect. And they will still show up if they are needed for a quest.

I'm sorry for the late reply. Did you put in a help ticket with Gameloft Support? They were able to help me retrieve my save file back in December of last year, but I heard from other people in the comments that they had a different experience. I am kind of shocked they haven't fixed this issue yet and nobody is really talking about it. :/

You will need to complete the quest "The Flying Metal Nuisance" that you receive from Jafar during the main storyline. That will give you the royal hourglass tool. :)

Unfortunately, the developers have not specifically said whether it will return next year, they just called it a limited-time event. I guess we'll have to wait until May 2025 to see if it makes a reappearance!

I've definitely done that before, and then forgot to go back and update it 😂 But every moonstone counts!
