@@hideouthd touring models are the worst. Especially the front forks. I shouldn’t have to upgrade the suspension seeing as we already pay a premium price. And none of your models have adjustable travel. My wife weighs 130 and I am 240. Least little bump bottoms the front end. Sure, we can put in heavier springs and heavier oil but that just means the suspension can’t move and it rides like a cinder block. Heavier springs are definitely needed but so is longer travel. We don’t need a hard ride to stop the bottoming out. We want a plush ride on progressive springs with at least 2 more inches of travel front and rear. Notice all the big vloggers have upgraded their suspensions and talk about it being necessary. Most definitely when tiding 2up. I will never buy a new Harley again. They are putting traction control and a whole bunch of things I don’t want. I just bought a 2004 Electra Glide to build and it will be better than anything Harley is making. If we have to spend a pile of money to make it right then might as well save a ton of money by getting an older bike to build. Already sent the crank to DarkHorse because the junk crank harley build had 20/1000ths runout. Suspension parts are on the way along with engine parts. Paint is finished. I will have $20k in the whole bike and it will be better than anything I can buy off the showroom floor. That is the reason things are not working so great for harley. They won’t listen
