While you are correct in your assessment of the control to turn on and off it takes a sec to turn on and leave on until your ready to turn off. I haven’t had any issues to have the light come on or off and most importantly it holds zero it will get the job done. im hitting at 200yard with 3 inch groups which is combat effective

Love the honest reviews and your concerns are all warranted as there are several pictures of the tripods fracturing due to the cast aluminum, as-well as the threads stripping as there aren't helicoils. The plastic clamps are garbage along with the bubble level being basically worthless. Sucks that even 200 can't get a solid bipod, even if it weighs the same. I'm debating on just getting some PVC pipes to replace the legs and then finding a cheap ball mount to replace the pivot design in it. No good way to replace the leg angle mechanism though as if that fails (as it is also cast), you are SOL. Their CS is spotty at best. Yet another reason to pinch your pennies and get a vortex as you are more or less paying for the amazing warranty.

What holster you running for that exact setup? I know the factory one will accept the optic but not the light. Appreciate any info

i love this topic, 99.9% people watching this are not 'Kickin in doors and clearing rooms". Bottomline, this guy is super accurate and the recoil is non existent. In a pinch, you have this gun, you are gonna be able to hold your own. Its accurate AF... I love mine!

Completely agree. I can’t turn the dial on mine and it has gotten much worse. There are no detent clicks. And you need to play around to get a position that the dot turns on. And the flip caps are so difficult to use I just leave them down. I’m going to toss it a drawer and replace it with something that works. I paid $77 at optics planet so it does not sting too bad. But I’m not pleased. Do not buy one of these.

You never verified that the top turret was also level to begin with. Its possible the turret isnt level to the actual scope reticle

Super helpful video! I Mounted that optic on a mete sft. Filing two of the nobs off of those cheap adapter plates worked fine. If I could go back I would have just bought a higher quality metal adapter plate from freedom gorilla, but shaving the plates works well enough

Not totally true, it depends on your environment, I live in the city, my neighbors aren't far from me, so I would not grab my AK-47 nor AR-15, a smaller less penetrating round would definitely be what I would grab in that situation. So it is really about demographics. S.H.T.F. totally changes that scenario, though . But your reason for buying it is the same exact reason I bought mine. 🤣😂🤣

Picked up my Vector .45ACP for 800 used, person that owned it said I needed a new bolt and slider assembly.. wasnt the case just needed a slide buffer and a new spring. Not intended to be abused with P+ ammo unless you want to change out your slide spring and buffer all the time and eventually would need a new assembly.

You should not rely on turret level but level the reticle especially if you are using hash marks on your reticle tree
