i got a theory but its prob bad, so what if..... Steve, was just a little kid, and his dad took him to the mines, they were looking at the others mining but then disaster struck, the minecraft steve and his dad were in crashed, steve's dad didnt survive, but steve did, the cart started moving into the other miners, crushing them, steve got trauma from that and each time he goes in the cave he gets the memories. (its def fake since im stoopid) thank you!

Me hearing strange sounds- YO MINECRAFT WHAT THE HECK R THEESE? I finally searched for it on yt 💀

While I do believe there could’ve been a race of miners like Steve, I don’t think so. My theory is that the player skins like Steve and Alex and the new default skins are supposed to represent us in the Minecraft world, hinted by A Minecraft movie. Think about it, Minecraft has an overall Medieval aesthetic, The Villagers wear robes and live in small, quaint villages with Medieval professions such as: Farmers, Blacksmiths (Weapon Smiths, Armorers, and Tool Smiths,) Shepards, Fletchers, etc. The Illagers don Medieval style armor and brandish Medieval weapons like crossbows and battle axes, while all the player skins wear more modern clothes like t-shirts, cardigans, one of them even has a prosthetic arm!(which definitely weren’t around in Medieval times.) Also, with new additions to the Minecraft franchise like Dungeons and Legends, we’ve been granted with a slew of lore. The ruined Nether portals dotted around the Overworld suggest there was once an invasion of sorts, like the Piglin invasion in Legends! The other lore filled faction of Minecraft, The Illagers, had the spotlight in Dungeons, showing the height of their empire under the Arch-Illagers rule. After the fall of the Arch-Illager though, the Illagers were scattered across the world and went into hiding (which is why they’re mostly found in secluded mansions far from society) only ever coming out to raid small villages - and even then they can barely manage that. That could also explain the many abandoned structures in the world, for example, during the Illager Empire, the Illagers dug many mines in search for Redstone to power their artillery. Of course like I mentioned earlier, the Illagers went into hiding after the Arch-Illagers defeat, abandoning the mines they once had a massive presence in, only leaving the abandoned mineshafts we know behind. That would also explain the absence of Redstone Golems and other Redstone powered machines, as the Illagers stopped mining for it and eventually ran out, leaving them only with their knowledge of magic. Back to the Piglins, additional evidence of a Piglin invasion in the base game besides ruined Nether portals are Bastion remnants - keyword REMNANTS, after the four Piglin clan leaders were defeated in Legends, the Piglins had no one leading them anymore so they became lazy and started doing their own thing, leading to the eventual decay of Bastions. Anyway back to what I was talking about, loot can be found inside Bastions that can only be found in the Overworld, Iron, Diamonds, etc. The Piglins’ overall preference for gold though rendered the Overworld’s minerals useless to them, leaving them to collect dust in chests for years to come. Anyway that’s my theory for now, I’m open to feedback and ideas from you all, so please feel free to comment below.

Once i heard some cave sounds at the surface i didnt get scared Its the ringing sound...idk but it keeps on making a sound and the enderman getting angry sound. I didnt get scared😂

I have a theory. The theory is that some people before Steve got stuck in these massive endless caves and maybe the sounds are their screams for help..

My theory: Ghasts are actually ghosts Think about it. Ghasts are white flying things with hostile intentions. Ghasts were ghosts of the old players BEFORE the ancient builders, but were banished by the ancient builders becaue of their hostile behavior. They cry because they miss the overworld, and are deformed to be squid-like because of the burning hot heat morphing their form. They still try to kill you in the overworld because they are vengeful against humans and dont trust them.

The question is, what was the thing that looked like Herobrine? Was it editing or a mod glitch? Perhaps a world corruption? 🤔

About the cave sounds, I found a mod that actually adds in new cave sounds, and 2 of them actually demonstrate the violent crashing of the minecarts. Every time I hear it or imagine it, I actually get goosebumps and tears in my eyes. It’s literally a Jumpscare and it’s horrifying. It doesn’t sound that scary at first, but when you hear it in the actual game, it’s terrifying.

I was playing minecraft. Getting loads of iron as i needed it for some tools until i heard walking and then running on stone. I ran for my life before pressing alt f4 and deleting the server. I hope my 3 dogs are okay but they may of been dead the moment i entered and i know that thing followed me.

I was playing minecraft. I needed iron for some armour but while mining this huge chunk I hear a cave noise [cave9.ogg] and I laugh thinking its nothing until i hear a player or a thing walking and i immediately left and deleted the server. [I was on peaceful mode while mining so thats why i left so fast, it cant be a zombie or anything else because its peaceful mode.]

All of this and caves don't even make sounds in real life except for flowing water a d rocks you knock over 😂

So I just played minecraft a few days ago and uhh... they might have added new ones...

Fun fact. If you look at cave14.ogg on a spectrogram it's a creeper face. It's also a creeper hissing before exploding.

I remember when I was really young I was playing Minecraft on the Xbox 360 with my older brother in flat world we were building and suddenly cave sound 14 just played and we were in a flat world I was scared

I remember I entered a cave for the first time and cave1.0gg played but a lower pitch and I got out of there immediately as herobrine was still going rampant at the time.

The creepy sounds in Minecraft caves are actually cave Dwellers STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEIR TERRIFYING it is actually a Minecraft creepypasta and it's a mod but you can still encounter one without the mod be careful they are extremely hostile when you hear the sound that means they are near you which is why these sounds occur in Minecraft.

After finally encountering the Pale Garden for the first time, I noticed an odd phenomenon while inside the biome during daytime. The usual sky blue turns a pale gray. But once outside the forest, it returns to its normal blue.
