Beautiful 5 yrs old Lusitano mare Triana

We imported Triana from Spain in July 2023. She was very neglected and skinny due to lack of care and nutrition. We bought her pregnant and with her three months old foal. Triana was green as grass, she knew nothing and had no experience with people. Because of this, she also did not suffer any trauma like many horses from Spain! Risueño is sold to a great home in the Netherlands. He was rescued from Spain. I trained him for a year and now he is ready for the next chapter in his life. Risueño, I will miss you... You hold a special place in my heart.

oh a perfect little nugget!!! I love watching videos of foals being born then standing for the first time. It's funny but at the same time the most adorable thing ever. I've been blessed to have raised a colt so far, (I didn't get to witness his birth but I was there a couple hours after), however I just bred my two mares a couple months ago, they're due in february 2025, right in time for my senior photos!

An a Wonderful life ahead for both
They are living a great life now, they are both so happy! I rescued the mom last year from Spain, she was badly neglected, pregnant of Spicey and had a 3 month old filly by her side, she was so skinny herself due to a lack of food and care. And look at them now❤🥰

Yes, Mira, the palomino, a rescue horse herself, best friends with Triana, she now acts like the second mother of Spicey, she just loves her! The night Spicey was born Mira kept looking through the bars and making soft whinnies🥰
