Really good tone! One thing I'd recommend is to work on your timing, personally it sounds like you are jumping into the riff a slight bit too early. But cool dude!

Honestly no idea how i feel about it all i know is it does not even a tiny bit feel like Linkin park from the first time i heard onestep closer to this emptiness machine, even the song name feels wrong everything is just wrong and it always will be i hate myself for knowing who linkin park is because of this though i still love cheaters old stuff my main fear though is coming to pass look up linkin park you see her first look up numb or crawling or even lost the first one is her she is replacing the old songs i loved and destroying them slowly

Can you reveal your source? Saw Slipknot a couple nights ago and he was seen playing Fenders, charvels and i believe a Jackson. I don't think this is true. He's seen playing other brands like Gibson and buying a Solar, but that doesnt mean hes wirh them

Don't forget about Marina Viotti's amazing performance too. I hope Gojira could experiment with symphonic metal approach in their future albums. Marina and Joe's voices are great together. Symphonic metal could be an option too especially if the events are held in a country which has classical/ operatic music history.

Il y a plusieurs grilles de lecture sur cette prestation musicale. D’abord, le bâtiment, la Conciergerie, ancienne salle des gardes du premier château des rois de France à Paris et au moyen-âge. Le bâtiment deviendra une prison sous la Terreur en 1793 où des milliers de personnes attendaient leur condamnation à mort, comme Marie-Antoinette qui fut guillotinée en septembre 1793 place de la Concorde à Paris (pas très loin de la conciergerie), ce qui explique le sang qui gicle des fenêtres. L’autre grille de lecture, est la chanson « ça ira, ça ira » qui est un chant révolutionnaire qui vilipendait les aristocrates. Ce chant devenu célèbre en 1953 grâce à Edith Piaf qui le chanta dans le film « si Versailles m’était conté ». On peut voir un autre sens à cette chanson qui rend hommage aux victimes du Bataclan à Paris (salle de spectacle) qui furent tuées par des terroristes islamiques en 2015 lors d’un concert d’Eagles of Death Metal. I heard this song before the opening ceremony, and didnt really care for it. The performance was pretty great, except with all the fire i couldn't get Notre Dame burning down out of my mind. It also being overshadowed by everything else sucks.

I think if there had been bands during the French Revolution, they would have been METAL bands. The violence, chaos, determination, and rawness was perfectly represented. I thought this moment was magnificent and iconic. Very French
