@@bobbymcgee901 nope, I put the shock spacers up front. That was enough to give it clearance.

8 shocks, just like the tmaxx. It's a plush setup for sure.

If it gets really dirty, I will hose it off and then dry it. If it's a little dirty, I will use a brush to break the dirt loose and then blow it off.

I haven't had a problem since I moved them. I should zip it down to keep it from bouncing around. How are you liking yours? I put some maxx v1 tires on it , I'm loving it on out track.

@@RevelationRC are there any servos, other than the Traxxas ones, which will fit in the Maxx Slash? The stock one is pretty slow, so I want to upgrade.

@jackengel3958 I'm sure they make one, but I never swapped one out. I have too many rc's and not enough money to upgrade them all. lol, I believe it's the same size servo as xmaxx and widemaxx

Hobbywing Brushless system on 3 s

Thank you👍 I ended up with 40 wt oil but I think you could do 50 or 60 wt with no problems. The metal diffs are holding up. No issues. I think they are a must, just check the fluids in them before you install them. Mine were half empty.

It's the cheapest option I could find. I'm impressed with it 👍

@@RevelationRC Yeah, like you said.. they're all basically the same inside. I went with a Tenergy TB-6AB unit for about $75 ..pretty good but I can't over charge the ones that can be run at 4.35v

@scaleworksRC I didn't even think about the over voltage batteries 🤔 not sure if it will charge them. I think it's adjustable, but not sure

@@RevelationRC It's probably overkill for a beginner though. I didn't even know you could over charge some batteries until I was trying to get every mph out of the car 😆👍

I had it at our track and it handles soo good out of the box. I love it! The blocks are plastic but I think they will be fine as long as you don't send it to the moon.

@fuzzfreak1967 had a couple bad landings and no problem so far.

The bigrock is a better rc overall. I love it! I am disappointed with the maxx slash. It's not what I expected. I haven't had too many issues with it so far, Everything is working. My biggest issue is the tires. They're only good for on the road, not on our track. Anyway, thanks for watching 👍
