That's not working. You going to blow your zener when you put +30 volt to anode and 0 volt to cathode, The zener diode in foward bias drop only 0.7 volt and you put 30 volt. That's an electronic lighter!

i thing the diagram is wrong... With the wall switch you are powering off the coil (A1 & A2) and the timer starts to count the delay off time and then changes the status of the dry contacts.....But how the timer can still work and count if there is no power? You need permanent power on the coils (A1 & A2) and a different input on the timer (like reset) to give the command with the wall switch for delay off....

Corrected my comment because I thought contacts were labeled backwards. I would suggest swapping your contacts you animated because it’s easy to think you have it backwards. To everyone else, the normally open contacts are on the left on the starter, but the animated normally open is on the right.
