Maybe not the cables if you're changing that often. Maybe need to adjust where it attaches to on the gearbox as that does slip?

Can the part which has CB303 ever bugger up. My machine won’t start at all. I’ve drained the old fuel, cleaned the carb including pull the jet out (it’s clear) spark plug is fine as it works in another machine. I’m a bit stuck!

hi mate can I just ask… what mower would you most recommend for soft, tall wet grass? really struggling with what one to buy, I want to get a really good one so don’t mind paying £1000+

Rang into this issue two days ago and worked out the choke wasn’t working. Been trying to find a video as to why the lever wasn’t activating and the solution. I’ll be trying this is a few days when it’s not 42 Deg C. Thank you for the video.

I have inherited one of these and trying to figure something out. Does it "drive" both rear wheels or just the right? seem to not have any power on the left so it works but it's a pain to push.

You Legend! I just picked up a mint HRU196 the guy was jack of as it took 5 mins to start, did this and BANG it started first pull. Best part is that he'd JUST had it serviced so it's ready for the year! 🤘

I can manually reach in and flip the carb to choke, but then actually moving the lever to choke then actually releases it. Grrrr.

Great vid i wish my local small engine shop knew this before they said the new motor was done and i have been troubleshooting it for a couple months.

Hi, i have the same mower as yours and for some reasons i cant push the throttle controller into the joke position, the maximum i can push the controller to halfway of min and maximum, nowhere near the joke Position, just wondering if your know why? Thanks for helpings

Do the batteries last long for the Stihl trimmers?? Do u have to keep buying batteries?? Usually batteries life dies after charging many times and doesn’t hold a charge anymore. You have any experience with this?? Any problems with having enough power to trim?? I’m debating getting the Stihl kombi system. Just debating gas vs battery! Thanks!!! :)
