RV PARK EVENTS, SHOULD WE BE INVOLVED? CHILI COOK-OFF, #rvkitchen, #rvpark, #fulltimerv, #rvliving,
So here we are with another food filled video! This time@soldonrvlife I have volunteered to make chili for an RV PARK POTLUCK. To be in involved in RV Park Social Events is a great way to meet the people that live around you while staying in an RV Park or Camp. This time around it was a chili cook-off. I am pretty proud of my culinary skills, LOL and put my WHITE CHICKEN CHILI RECIPE to the test. The benefit of where we are staying now is there are many full-time residents here and a lively evening of eating and visiting was on the menu on this day. Did I win? Was my chili voted the best? Watch the video to find out!
In my mind my chili was the best because I got to make it and put a bunch in the freezer for a rainy or lazy day when I don't feel like cooking.

SWEET CORNBREAD RECIPE: (from Leann Mc Comb, Independent Bible Church Cook Book)
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups cornmeal
3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease 9x13 pan
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add cornmeal
Combine remaining dry ingredients
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and mix well
Bake 30- 40 minutes
