Im always telling people to stop flailing around praying you get up there. Break it down and own each position then put it together later. And for what it’s worth, I think most people fall back into using the bands too often and quickly plateau. The accommodating resistance (assistance) doesn’t allow the muscle to work throughout the entire range of motion.
