Goodbye JB - September 2021
This is Jonathan, a man struggling with depression and alcohol. After an attempted suicide he found new inspiration and a love of life... a hopeful future. That's how it appeared. Him and I worked a few months on this video as a side project. He was very specific about he wanted to present this story. We finished this video and first published in February of 2020. This was to be the first in a series of hopeful adventure videos we began filming. On the inside Jonathan was still struggling. I had no idea. In the summer of 2021 I was in California working on a project. He was back home in Florida. We weren't talking as often, and he had lost interest in finishing the other videos. In September of 2021 I learned he had taken taken his life. This is the first and only video we finished producing. This is Jonathan... my friend.
