I love how there was no reason to put the *entire* scene of Sonic and Shadow fighting the drones as a comparison to that one shot, but you did it anyway just because the scene is so cool.

Massive missed opportunity: Maria asking Shadow to promise her to give others a chance to be happy, and shadow at the end going “Maria. This is what you wanted right? This is my promise I made to you.” If I heard that exact thing, I would’ve left the theater going “10/10 paramount! 10/10!”

You also forgot the sonic vs shadow fight is a referance to Sonic x

You know this movie is rich on references but shit on the movie itself. The first 2 movies used to be a family drama but this one is just action and stupid jokes for kids, although I do like the fact that they took the sonic adventure 2 and shadow the hedgehog lore as the movie story.

Actually the Shadow in tokyo scene with GUN surrounding him is not a reference to the Shadow Generations DLC It is a Reference to Sonic Adventure 2 where the roles are reversed (Sonic would be there in his place in the scene) The Scene in the DLC is supposed to be immediately after he kicked GUNs ASS
