Amazing boat❤
I have 2020 215ID with the command center and twin 300's. It runs well, but WOT is only 40mph. I previously have been above 50MPH and still had throttle left. I suspect I am in a ski mode etc that is restricting the speed. Any idea how I cancel these modes?
I am real excited to fool with this soon including hooking our cameras into the command center so we can monitor them. Very exciting!~
We are about to put a deposit down on a 255 ID with the Command Center and are SOOO exited! Our sales person says it will be around March before delivery and we will likely be counting the days, but will be super excited to share our adventures on the Scarab 255 ID with our friends and family on TH-cam! Looking forward to being part of the Scarab family soon!
Exciting!!! Any word from your sales person on delivery yet? We purchased our 2019 Scarab 215 Wake Edition (does not have the Command Center though) brand new in 2020 and the last 2 summers have been a blast. Buyers Beware...!!I bought this boat in 2016 brand new in North Texas Marine In Gainsville ,TX. l .Its being nothing but trouble science day one. The radio is totally useless and try to sync with your phone, good luck. The amplifier stop working in the first month. We replace the water pump impeller before the first 100 hrs and the interior lights stop working too. The pass thru glass door hinges broke and the engine main switch broke in my hand. .We got stranded. Oh yes, one of he trailer wheel bearings broke and damage the caliper brake system. Never ever again. This company went bankrupt from what I heard and there's no spare parts anywhere to be found, My fault, the price was cheap. That should have being my first red flag.
Any suggestion on what GoPro camera to use for the camera option?
We don't have the Command Center on our 2019 Scarab 215 (th-cam.com/video/A_xKuAY-E1w/w-d-xo.html) but sometimes I wish we did - unfortunately there just is not a whole lot of videos or information on the Medallion Instrument Head Units.

No night time navigation lights ?

Hi Friend I have a scarab 255 but recently we have problems with the radio. The radio dont send sound to any horn, i try to connect bluetooth and nothing happend, exist any reset button or something i can do? Thanks
Did you ever get your radio problem figured out? I know it took a few tries on our 2019 Scarab 215 (th-cam.com/video/A_xKuAY-E1w/w-d-xo.html) to figure out how it all worked and to make sure everything was connecting properly. We really enjoy the Kicker sound system on our boat!

I like the concept of this boat, I hope the execution/value holds up. And thanks for mentioning some negative points on design issues; many other testers gloss over obvious issues :(
