I think Cinderella is #1 of all the glam bands. They have all the greatest songs and by far they are the best looking guys I have ever seen. To this day I am driving down the road and have my car stereo blaring out Cinderella.
I saw them when they opened for Bon Jovi at the Gulf Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Mississippi. It was March 1987. I think it was March 17th, but I can't remember exactly. Really awesome performance! This brings back memories. And, they play exactly like their recordings!
Those were the days when musicians got paid. People got their music from radio, CDs, and cassettes. Bars will filled with 18 and 19 year-olds who could still drink. Today all that is gone.
My first true rock concert was Cinderella opening for David Lee Roth on November 28, 1986 at the El Paso County Coliseum. They opened with "Once Around the Ride" and inspired me to play drums in rock bands for the next 35 years and counting. When that DLR lineup took the stage right afterward, that only reinforced my love for rock n roll and entertaining live shows.
Tom is such an underrated Guitarist & Vocalist at the same time. He wrote all those songs. He played the rhythm guitar. He literally was Cinder, and the guys in the band made the ella to become one. They are one unique blues filled metal influenced band that can’t be replaced.
Hey Tom how are you doing today hello why don't you try to book yourself in Shreveport or bossier there by the fairgrounds there's a big place back there where you can you can make some money here you know they don't like to see Cinderella band with time for the fairgrounds or something they just had something up there but you can find something around here I wouldn't be I mean I'm waiting for my mother to get back from wherever she is okay she's missing but it's I'm filing on it and then I'm going back to Austin Texas 11 you're going to come live with me okay but anyway I want you to go play at the fairgrounds okay they would all like to hear you maybe you can go Van Halen to help you I do know Alex or something like that I don't know if Eddie wants to be seen yet in Shreveport beans Valerie bertinelli's from there but anyway I love you and take care and tell blinding my brother I said hello and I love him very much bye I'll see you at
I was at this show. End of my Junior year of HS. Took a girl on the swim team, who I had a crush on. Yeah, it ended up being a pretty good night. Growing up in the mid/late 80s in the Philly burbs was damn good. Plenty pf love shows & pro sports. We were always at one or the other.
Definitely one of the greatest musicians ever he had it all saw them in 85 at NY state fair in Syracuse at like 1 pm blew the crowd away from then I always went to every show that I could Remember them opening for Aerosmith in Albany NY epic show by both bands plus many more over the years
They went soft after this album and tour.
