    The Bhagavad Gita is such a timeless gem, offering insights not just on warfare but on our inner battles-something many summaries might not completely capture. While summaries are great for understanding, diving into the actual verses reveals layers of wisdom from Krishna's words to Arjuna that teach us about duty, purpose, and balance. Each chapter unfolds new dimensions of spiritual insights, often missed in brief guides. What aspect of the Gita do you find the most inspiring or thought-provoking?

    Study keto diet. Fat is NOT bad for you (in your diet, not around your midsection). And salt DOESN’T cause elevated blood pressure. The original studies did not control for the levels of potassium & magnesium, rendering the apparent conclusion incorrect. Question “received” wisdom. It usually is wise to do so.

    Problem turned out entrepreneurial class shared their wealth with working class, so everyone got rich. (Don’t think you’re rich? Compare yourself with people 100 or 200 years ago. Still don’t think you’re rich, compare capitalist society with communist society.)

    Yes, this was short, which leaves out much... in other words, this video tries to move you to its thinking, so you reject your own. Socialism and communism (which even Marx says is the pure form of Socialism) has never worked. Sounds decent o paper but doesn't work when practiced. Every Socialist answers that with... Well, it wasn't done right. every time it fails, they say this.

  • @konner5213

    the reason communism has never worked anywhere is because people would eventually not do anything to keep the society running. This is why Europe was the greatest nation in existence. they never used communism. the jews created communism as a tool to fool Europeans into destroying their own nations so that the jews can rule over the world. they literally admit this.

    sounds fair, but how successful has it been in practice?. Where capitalism is power through money, comm/soc is power through authoritarianism when the people realize that their leaders are living better than them. aka Pol Pot.

    • @phalanxiatheroan863
      @phalanxiatheroan863 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So this is not quite true, it is an often used language to paint comm/socc as negatives. If the people have access to the power of production it elimates individuals owning the means of production and the abuses therein. However when crossing from one state of economic existence to another there is often a void inbetween. Too often that void is filled with antagonists ie Pots, Stalin, Mao, Lenin, and these people bring authority via violence. The further interesting thing becomes that the people lose the power of production underneath these antagonists. So even when the antagonist proclaims "this is socialism/communism" it isn't, it is nowhere close to it as the workers are still unable to have power of ownership over production under their rule. You are correct that often trying to create worker states creates a power vacuum wherein people with armies can overtake that state. But as soon as they do overtake it, it is no longer communist or socialist in its practices through threat of violence to the worker. Think of communism and socialism as tools rather than replacements to a given state, ie ours is capitalism depending where you live. Communism as a theoretical framework can be used to help dismantle a capitalist state to help create a different one, ie Proudhon's proposed anarchist state like anarcho-syndacilism. I hope you can see where this line is often misused? I also hope I'm not being preachy or talking down to you. I'll follow up with another comment about a country that did successfully implement communist ideology until capitalism came along and btfo it.

    It’s not evil; it’s just trash. The middle class is the largest class in our society but they should quite literally be called the dividend class and defined by families or people who have enough stocks to outpace their expenses especially when they have housing. No matter what most of the proletariat do they are essentially human capital for the businesses as well as dating pool.

    Anyone that's ever waited tables where there's a team - ie. captain, expoditor, busser will know that this can never work. People are too freeloading & lazy. For every good, hardworking person, there's a layabout taking advantage. Furthermore, there always will be the need for someone or some system to be in control. That is why every single communist or socialist society is bloody, impoverished, & run by power-hungry evil men. There is a reason why Cubans take tiny boats in shark infested waters to be in America. Flawed, though we are - we are still the best shot at happiness. Yay, capitalism!

There are more sex slaves than ever in history. More apathy. More retail therapy. More drug use - legal & illegal. Things are awful. I believe that there are wonderful, caring people in every country - there always has been, but humanity is not becoming better.

  • @kingmj87

    Yep that's totally how history plays out. It's like when the feudalists pushed their serfs too far, so the serfs rose up in revolution and became capitalists. Or how their evil feudal lords had previously been slaves, who'd revolted against their own masters, creating Feudalism. Or before that, when humans had very real Bartering economies. Or before that, when all humans lived in "primitive communism" -- the foundation for all of this, and to which we are prophesied to return. (Side note: here is the obligatory part where I must once again claim that this is like totally "scientific" u guys)
