On the topic of metal, I definitely agree with you about escape the fate over FIR. I recorded myself covering "Faith" by Limp Bizkit last night. Not the biggest Limp Bizkit fan but the way he slides from singing to screaming back to singing in the song is very vocally impressive and would be a good showcase, and god did I nail it. Came home excited to upload it and the damn phone didn't record sound because I guess it can't be plugged up, play music, and record sound. So I have to get a dash cam. I can basically belch out one song and then my lungs are spent, but still, I fucking love doing it. It's cool to find another Chevellion, they're very underrated. I've seen Pierce the Veil, but they're ok to me. I'm more into the early 2000's era but I need to broaden my horizons cause I've basically listened to the same shit for the last 15 years.
