Its not a travel though. When he spoons the ball both his feet are on the ground (so gather step rule doesnt even apply). Left foot first step, second step behind the three point line establishing the pivot, his other foot shifts back into the squared shooting stance and he jumps for the shot. Its clean but hard to tell Note: Hand must contact the ball from underneath to be counted as having control of the ball (aka when the steps start to count)
