Interesting, never knew it was there 😀
Cheers, that was interesting. $25 is cheap.
Pretty shit you didn't even get granity right mate..and ngakawau is not said like that...
Sad that the Brunner mine site is pictured without reference to the fact that the explosion and fire remains the worst industrial accident in New Zealand history . The miner's memorial doesn't record the Strongman disaster in 1967 or the Pike River debacle so recent in memory . The coast is a hard place , beautiful ( full disclosure , I grew up in Greymouth/Cobden ) but brutal . Incidentally , here is a reason the Grey River bar has a reputation , it lies in the wrecks that still litter the beaches . It is also a little disappointing that in your ' street art ' section you show daubings and kiddy art without any of the fabulous Les Holmes murals that enhance the town and illuminate it's history . Mr Holmes is an effin genius and always was . Nice pictures though , you were obviously there on a day when the Tassie was subdued ... The Wild West Coast . Love it , glad I left .
Fab vid. Great ground rehab, what about the atmosphere?
I have always called it Parthurs Ass!...I blame my Dad!
Thanks for sharing I will do the tour next time I am over there
Thank you for this video! A brilliant presentation.
Спасибо за видео. Очень интересно🤔💭,
Looks great. Thanks
I want to visit this unusual place!
Awesome work Mickey
Umm..you head to GRANITY - not gravity
Oops thanks for the comment.
Very interesting well worth a visit to see what goes on. (The greenies don't like it.)
One question i would like to ask is is the glacier black all year around or is it only over a period of time because it kinda sucks that most of the lictures i see of it, it is black
My favourite place in the south island, well worth taking the time to explore
How wide will the tunnel be?
In the interests of accuracy and 'credit where it's due', for the WW-I display Sir Peter was deeply involved in a great many ways as creator of the exhibition, providing aircraft, incredibly rare and significant memorabilia, and of course, that amazing innovation in display. But Sir Peter has not been involved in the WW-II section, which was not his area of interest. This was produced by the museum community, using a lot of influence that we'd gained from our association with the Wingnut Films and Weta teams. It's been an excellent marriage of inputs to create something special on numerous levels.
excellent
Nice video but it’s Barry Brickell
you need narration
Hey hi ,it us Sharon n Barry. The videos are great.thanks heaps for sharing
My wife's grandad used to own this pub, cant wait to visit it again

Thanks Pointing to East
What a pity you din't show more of Miller's Flat our home for 20+ years right next year to the fabulous heated outdoor swim in pool. River is far to dangerous to swim in. Lovely area
Well-filmed history for future NZ wine history. Thank you.
I use to live in otaira in 1992
Gorgeous ❤
Such a shame to see the little nerds graffiti on the tunnel walls
I live in Victoria Australia and still haven't travelled to New Zealand yet but is in my bucket list.
NZ - I fall in love
It is not a replica. It is a working observatory that is extremely accurate for its exact location. Everything measured by the stars.
Nice video. I was born in Ribadumia, which is a town exactly in the opposite position on the earth. Ribadumia is in Galicia, nowadays Spain. I would like to visit Greymouth, and who knows. 😅 Why not to live in the opposite place of the planet for a while. That would be amazing!!! 😅
Thanks for the video, Jackson Bay is so beautiful! How's the food at Cray Pot?
Greeting from Singapore! I am visiting Greymouth in Dec this year, so happy to find your video! May i have the GPS location for 03:14? Thank a lot.
Nice vid thanks! Always been on my bucket list to go there, will be down there in October! Always been fascinated with gold mining towns. Think I was born 100 years too late!
Mmmm stone fruit
One hour north of Greymouth is Reefton which was the first place in New Zealand to get Electricity going
Lovely m8
Thanks👍🇳🇿
When I am of age I intend on moving to blackball
Great hope to visit one day
Wow

What's with the choice of music? I didn't notice any American displays maybe because they didn't win either war on their own and came in late in both.
You're welcome. We're always happy to bail you out when you can't finish your own squabbles.
@@rogerw3818 Not to mention our help in Vietnam and Afghanistan.
The Aviation Heritage Centre displays Eddie Rickenbacker's "Teddy Bear" flying suit that he wore in action. A museum guide told me that American visitors are amazed to see it there and some are annoyed that it isn't displayed in an American museum.
LIKEWISE??? as is the Smithsonian in washington dc. a 3 day requirement simply outstanding.
4K needed thx
