I want to ask you a question: I overstayed 23 days more in Turkey so 113 days instead of 90 days. I payed my fine at the airport. When I asked the violation officer they told me that I can come back to Turkey after 90 days when I asked. Because I used all my 90 days. But they didn’t tell me if I got an entry ban. Can you help me to know the exact period of entry ban for less than 1 month overstay? Thank you so much 🙏

I think if you dont have the diploma of high school as a turkish student even if you got higher marks you would pay for the university.That is not good.

My man went through the visa violation office today. He had overstay almost 2 years. We asked if it could be paid on the way back at the entrance of the country, they said it would be harder and if he decides to do so, the ban would be 2 years but if he pays the ban would be 1 year. The amount we paid was 15,800tl(455$) They accept only in cash and only in turkish lira. They have these offices at the both ends on the airport , we were at the one at “A”. You take a ticket from a machine for the queue and wait for your turn but we were pretty much the next person at the desk so we didn’t wait at all. Since we are a family and İ have a work permit, they said that after paying the fine he can get into the country with the family reunion visa. I hope that was helpful to someone cus it was really difficult to find any information about this online.

Once a rental agreement has been notarized, signed, with the deposit/return amount stated, and there are no damages to the apartment is it legal for the owner to deduct apartment cleaning and painting fees from the tenant’s deposit once the rental agreement ends? Especially when no such fees were ever alluded to in the rental agreement, the tenant had not been notified of, or agreed to any such fees being taken from their deposit, and no damage to the apartment occurred. As such, by law, is the tenant liable to pay 2,000TL, or any fees other than those due to property damage? The contract states 10,000TL deposit will be returned (considering … ), but only 8,000 is returned due to hidden charges for cleaning, painting the apartment. Have there been any updates to the Turkish rental contract agreement since last year? Much appreciation for your time.
