Wow, just caught this amazing tribute to the best doctor on Stargate, she should have more screentime, she stole every scene she was in. Terrible decision to kill her off, just leave our favourite characters alone and let us enjoy them.

Lovely video, loved Janet, my favourite character. She should have had more screentime, instead in some episodes she was on screen for barely 30 or 45 seconds, and dont get me started on killing her off.

The two major women in Stargate SG-1, such a pitty that Janer was treated as a minor character, and she should never have been killed off.

Wow, this is a beautiful video, a fitting tribute to my favourite character. Teryl Rothery was a powerhouse, who, in my opinion, stole the show in every scene in which she appeared. She was crimminally underused, her character should have been developed, there was so much potential, and to cap it all, they go and kill her off. Why did they do that, what did it achieve? It served no creative purpose, all it did was to leave the fans(and Teryl), devastated.

An absolute didgrace that they killed Janet off, and for what, did it add anything to the show, was there any creative purpose in killing her off? The answer is NO. All it did was to leave the fans devastated(as well as the actress, Teryl Rothery), and deny the writers of any future storylines i which she could return. Remmember the terrific Atlantis episode in which Daniel Jackson returns and both he and Rodney McKay save the day? There was some brilliant interplay between the two, particularly Rodney who was obsessed with believing he was cleverer than Daniel. There could have been a storyline in which Dr Janet Fraiser appeared alongside Dr Carson Beckett, but you cant have this mouthwatering prospect because you killed her off.

Terrible decision to get rid of Dr Fraiser, her character should have been developed, if getting rid of her wasnt bad enough(and it was very bad), they go and repeat the trick on Atlantis by getting rid of Carson Beckett. What is it with tghe doctors on Stargate, have they got a grudge against the medical proffession? At least on Star Trek they dont go killing their docs off for no reason.

Just caught this very moving tribute to Janet Fraiser. She should never have been killed off, what did it add to the show? The fact is, it didnt add anything, it jus left fans devastated, and to make it even worse, Teryl Rothery. who played her was told over the phone that she was being lkilled off. Even after many years the emotion of that moment was still raw, when asked how she felt, she said "not good, not good at all", she was still very upset, inagine how she must have felt at the time. I just dont know hy anyone would do such a thing to a popular character, and a beloved member of the cast, her fellow cast members were as devastated as the fans, way to go writers.

Dr Janet Fraiser was my favourite character in Stargate, her character should have been expanded and developed, especilly with Cassie. Why bother going to the trouble of creating a character who the fans grow to love, only to use her occasionally. 1969, for instance, was a lovely episode, but when it came to the older Cassie, it was a case of blink and you miss her. Why did they kill Janet off, what did it add to the show?

I soooo want to meet this lady just once in my life. :)
