I just recently started buying units 😂 my first unit I'm breaking even basically, my 2nd unit I will make a lot of of it I probably 10x my money at least, I'm building up inventory right now so I've sold nothing yet I did however donate a bunch already and I'm pleased with that because I'm helping others out not just in my community but across the state ! What a blessing and joy this makes me be able to make money and help others all at the same time! I will donate all items I don't want to mess with. My two fulltime jobs I am a caregiver so I help people each and every single day. Thank you for posting I enjoyed seeing what you pulled out of there.

Sell the white plant stands 2 for $10 on your marketplace. They're always rickety, but they sell quick when cheap😅

you should post the bad units too not just the good ones.

Why give notes back to owners? Just to rub it in that they lost the unit.

This isn't meant to be criticism, it's more of an observation from the male perspective. There's a time gloves are a good thing, such as moving furniture or the unit is filthy, they are overkill when going through jewelry boxes and common objects that are in sealed boxes or totes.

Hi, I just subbed today. Where area are you buying the lockers from? One piece of advice I (actually two) have is to not discount microphones, they can be expensive and if you see a webbed type mount as like the one in the tote, they're often used for a "ribbon" type microphone and they don't take tossing around very well, investigate that mic, it may pay for the unit itself, see ya next video...

I am not a youtube creator so i like to load up fast and go through the items at my place just to help avoid getting confronted by the last owner too.

Some custume jewellery goes for big prices make sire ucheck everything

FYI you can sell phone cases in case you don't know...

The sunglasses and heels were from the original Barbie doll. II am a child of the 50's and 60's. The doll box and the dolls were an awesome find!

I got a big one a couple months ago for $35, the door was stuck shut so when they took pictures for lockerfox you couldnt see anything, but it was a 20x15 that was PACKED... ended up having to rent my neighbor's huge double bay garage for $200/month to store it all, so in the long run I'm not sure if it was worth it or not. So far a couple grand worth on paper, but I have to actually sell it lol Still totes I haven't gone through yet. It was fun, but a lot of grimey work...probably going to stick to digging crystals and fossils, at least the dirt doesn't smell like a mouse poop infested storage unit.

Im sure you can get some good money from that huge suitcase too!
