Ningguang is using her new BiS build, 4pc Marechaussee Hunter + Tome of the Eternal Flow (Neuvi's weap) when using her with Furina.
Any combination of Nighttime Whispers or 2pc/2pc or another weapons like Cashflow/Lost Prayer are behind the 4pc Hunter and Eternal Flow.
Both of them are using ATK% goblet because Furina and Xilonen are giving more than 230% DMG buff together

Great showcase! Just a question, is this team better than Navia - Kachina (w/ new set) - Bennett - Furina?
It's hard to answer without testing because there is a lot of differences between those two teams dmg distribution: - Navia would do a little more E dmg; - Q hits would get Bennett's buff - She'd do normal attacks between E's - Also, Furina will receive the 40% hydro bonus too If those sum up to be more than 1million dmg increase (Ning's dmg in the video), the Kachina one would be better with the benefit of being easier to play and having very little build requirements. And this would not even be an argument when Xilonen releases But i'm a hopeless Ning main since 1.0 so that's the whole point of using her xDD

yup, definitely more dmg, i used optimizer and forgot to put hydro dmg on the goblet to see if it was better... not much more dmg tho, only a 1k increase per tick

maybe in her rerun, i'm focusing on getting furina cons to improve even more this team (she still c0). Either way, I don't think Chiori would be a better slot than Navia on this team.

Yes, but he does have the advantage of having access to the 48% charged dmg blessing (equivalent of a Kazuha buff with 100% uptime) and Ningguang doesn't have any I already posted a new solo with the new blessing that Ning can fully utilize it and her chamber times was decreased by 20~30s in all 3 chambers
