Hi beautiful people. Happy New Year 2025. I'm on a 30-Day Weight Loss Journey. The journey involves setting realistic goals, developing healthy eating habits, incorporating regular exercises, and learning to manage stress and emotions as a depressed and Stay-at-home-mom of two.
My Simple Workout plan: I chose 10 different exercises from Wanyo Mori's Tiktok page, each lasting 30 seconds, and repeat for 3 sets.
Starting Weight:- 60kgs
Height:- 153cm
Goal Weight:- 52kgs
