Yeah. Dingirsu on opponent's turn is very fun. Unfortunately opponent just had everything they needed to win (multiple Imsety and multiple True Sun God). 😅

Zombie Vampire is not necessarily important. Sometimes it mills one of the Orcust starters and you can then combo off. But sometimes, it misses. Lol

@@kingscourge6031 I haven't rewatched 5D's yet, so I have only seen it once in my lifetime and don't remember this (since i watched 5D's as the episodes were being released). Maybe it's time for a rewatch. 😄

@@kingscourge6031 Junk Collector (monster) copied Nightmare Archfiend's effect to summon 3 tokens with 2k atk each. Transaction Rollback copied Earthbound Release's effect to destroy as many monsters as possible that opponent controls, then inflict damage to them equal to combined original atk of monsters destroyed. So, 6k damage. We go back to effect of Nightmare Archfiend: it inflicts 800 damage each time a token (that was summoned by its effect) is destroyed. So, 2400 damage. Boom. FTK'd.

​​​@@thebladeacekid869 while I agree that sometimes it sucks to see Diabellstar and Horus cards, the deck I'm playing isn't Snake-Eyes and therefore, not problematic. Not everytime you see them, the deck being played is Snake-Eyes or Fire King or Tearlaments or Rescue Ace. Lol. I'm just running Horus and Diabellstar techs in an Orcust deck. As you can see in this vid, I didn't even get a chance to use them. 😄 FTKs will always be problematic.

Actually from a mathematical standpoint Ftks are way more fair in BO1 as long as they not extremely consistent and have generic counterplay, and this particular ftk is so bad I can assure it does not have a positive WR. You are way better off playing a blind 2nd deck then when you lose the coin toss you most likely going 2nd anyway. So to answer your question it's fair because it's bad if there is a ftk that gets close to being good and is ez to play it gets nerfed

The two extra monsters zones you see in between players are called just that: Extra Monster Zones (EMZ). 😄 They were introduced in 2017 alongside Link monsters and EMZs have evolved since then. Back in 2017, players could only summon Extra Deck monsters into the EMZs. So, you could only summon Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, and Link monsters to the EMZ. If you summoned any Monster type other than Link, you basically couldn't summon anymore monsters from the Extra Deck. However, in 2020, Konami changed that to be "only Link monsters need to be summoned to an EMZ first." Link monsters have something called Link Arrows that point to other Monster Zones. If you want to summon multiple Link monsters, you'd have to summon a Link monster into the EMZ first, then if that Link monster has arrows pointing to any Main Monster Zones (MMZ) (the original 5 monster zones), then you can summon more Link monsters to those zones. Now, circling back to the 2017 era, if you wanted to summon more than 1 monster from the Extra Deck, you had to summon a Link monster into the EMZ first (a link monster that has arrows pointing to some MMZs) and then you could summon ANY monster types from the Extra Deck to those zones. (This was how Konami was able to push sales of Link monsters.) By default, players can only occupy one EMZ. However, there is an exception where if a player has set up Link Monsters to make a U-Link or V-Link, then that player can occupy both EMZs. If you haven't tried Master Duel yet, I recommend you check it out. It's super fun! At times. Lol. There are times where your opponent just has everything they need to win the game while you brick and it's just no fun. 😄 Also. They have Solo Mode that also has introductory duels to teach new/returning players how to play the game/how to summon monsters they aren't familiar with. Sorry for the long response. But Yu-Gi-Oh! kind of requires it. 😄
