For embroidered hair accessories pure linen fabric is best option but this is very expensive instead of this you can use semi cotton fabric which are used for making men's shirts For hair band you can use any kind of fabric and for scrunchies santoon fabric is best I will suggest you to buy it from nearby shops I haven't bought it online so I don't know about any platform You can search on Amazon
