i FINALLY got a good panther pelt...what i did was to put down the bait..run back to the rock..get me rifle ready and use the binocs until i saw the panther eating the bait..so i scoped the panther, called out..as soon as it turned its head, BAM head shot..no worries about it charging...it worked for me at least..and now i have a nice panther saddle to ride on.

It’s literally 11 PM and I was so desperate that I used a bounty hunter corpse as bait, and it worked LMAO I just got the perfect cougar right away, thank you so much!

@@BlackKnight_ PC, playing through steam on the full game instead of the separate steam store version of the online and every time i try and play with my gf
@@YaBoiBenno interesting. that was a bug that happened awhile ago but I haven't seen it in years. I am not as familiar with all the tricks that my pc friends have to keep the game running smoothly.

I forgot to mention that Jewelry can have some static spawns. Some of the pieces are always random but you can check the Jean Ropke map to see if any of the Jewelry you are looking for are on a static spawn that cycle!

No, I get the panther all the time here as Arthur, as early as chapter 2. Spawn locations are not a guaranteed spawn. That is what makes it so tricky! If you have tried all the tips in the video to get the panther to spawn this just might not be a good location for you. I would recommend trying the Lakay area at night. People who struggle with the location in this video, usually have much better success in Lakay. It is location #2 in my second panther video. th-cam.com/video/L63TSqT11hA/w-d-xo.html Good Luck!

The method i used was go to that location and slowly trot through the trees and a panther almost always spawns straight away then i kill itvwith the bolt action rifle, skin it then sleep twice then save and reload, sleep twice again and another will spawn.
Lol go figure what was going to happen with those blue dots .... I avoid them all as much as possible but, players like u r a credit to the game

U know I logged in n it was not quite sun up so I was like hhhhmm let's try blknights tower location just 4 the heck of it n yup your birdie was flying across then I cut across to the bayou "McLean's" for my oleander location, we all have our specific locations its always nice to see anothers ways

I only found the moose once inn the Owanjila lake pr game , you find the moose often up in Roanoke Ridge and in tall trees area !

OMG! You are a lifesaver! I’ve literally spent the last week trying to find the Western Bull Moose. Tried so many alleged spawn sites (Colter etc) nothing. Tried the Tall Trees location and there it was…first time!! It bolted so had a bit of a panic followed by a chase but managed to study, track and put 42 bullets in it 😅 not bothered about the pelt just going for the zoology and skin deep trophies. Thank you 🙏

I like to join salvage at the very last second because sometimes you will get a really small group! It doesn't work 100% of the time but I also run into way less people using dynamite and lassos.

How many times did you try? It won't spawn 100% of the time. If you have trouble with this location, some people have better luck over in the swamps. I recommend trying Location #2 near lakay in this video: th-cam.com/video/L63TSqT11hA/w-d-xo.html Good luck!
@@BlackKnight_ I killed a panther in lakay and i wanted the panther accessory that you put in your shoulders so i selled it to the man but still the game was saying that i need the panther's skin

Every guide that I looked at told me to go to the spot beside Braithwaite Manor because it’s the best spot, so I did. I tried reloading the game, making camp and sleeping, coming back, setting bait, running around aimlessly for HOURS and absolutely no panthers. So I finally decided to try a different spot which was going to location #2 and the very first time I walk around I found a perfect panther. Thank you for your help by recommending other spots because it was starting to look hopeless!
@AdairHernandez-lf6jd I'm glad it worked for you! I try to offer multiple locations because spawns work so differently for people. My best spot won't be your best spot and vice versa!

I came here around Mid day dropped predator bait and a dead deer. I’m on chapter 3 also. Am i too early in the game/ wrong time of day i haven’t hunted panthers in my previous saves.
You can hunt them in any chapter but spawns can be unpredictable. At this location they will spawn day or night but other animals or events spawning can affect it. if you struggle with this location try one of the night spots. I recommend the one near lakay. @@humdyy0535 Absolutely! My best advice is don't wait for a long time at each location without trying something. Meaning, don't place bait and sit there for 15, 20 minutes or longer. Usually the panther will spawn in 5 min or less if it is going to. If you place bait and nothing happens, try riding around in the area, sometimes that will trigger it. Try sleeping a few in game days, make sure no camps are in the area. And definitely try different locations. Spawns work differently for everything. This location works great for me but some people say they can never get it to spawn here and Lakay is a much better spot!
